Sign in and access TV channel change application

1. Go to: MyAccount.
2. Log in with your MyAccount username and password.
   • If you don't have a username and password, click the Sign Up button or visit sign up for MyAccount.
3. Once logged in, click on the Change My TV Channels link.

How to change your TV package

1. Select the Packages tab from the left side navigation bar.
2. Select the Package you would like to switch to Good, Better, Best, Starter, or Basic.
3. Complete any remaining changes or select Review changes from the bottom summary bar to confirm your changes and submit your request.
   • Select Accept terms and submit to complete your change TV channels request.

How to make changes to your TV Channel Groups

1. Select the applicable category(s) from the left side navigation bar.
   • Movies & series contains all premium movie entertainment channels such as HBO, STARZ, Crave and more
   • À la carte contains all theme programming groups as well as individual channel selections
   • Additional choices contains all premium ethnic, faith, sports, and adult programming

2. Add or delete channel groups by checking or unchecking the channel group.

   • The summary bar is updated with your new monthly charges.
3. When you're finished making changes, select Review changes from the summary bar at the bottom of the screen.

How to complete your order

The Review screen provides important information about your order including:

• The new monthly total and previous monthly total
• Messages relating to your selections
• Your order summary.

Select the Accept terms and submit button to complete your request. Or select the modify channel selection link to make additional changes

How many changes can I make per day?

You can sign in and make online TV channel changes once per day, but during that session you can make as many changes as you like.

Note: some channels require 30 day subscriptions.
