Call Answer: Ring Control and Call Monitor are not available in the following communities: Benito, Birch River, Bowsman, Deloraine, Dominion City, Emerson, Goodlands, Letellier, Lyleton, Mafeking, Medora, Melita, Minitonas, Morris, Pierson, St Adolphe, St Jean, St Malo, St Pierre, Ste Agathe, Swan River, Tilston, Waskada. Ring control and Call Screen not available if the customer has Teen Ring. For "new" or "saved" message, when they reach their end date the customer will be allow one last opportunity to listen to the message before it is deleted. Visual Message Waiting Light will only work on phones with a message waiting light.
Call Answer Mini: Message Waiting Light is not available with Mini Call Answer.
Ring control and Call Screen not available if the customer has Teen Ring.
Call Answer Virtual Phone: Virtual Phone Service does not recognize calls from a forwarded number and is not compatible with Rotary dial service. Calls to a toll-free number can be forwarded to the Virtual Phone Service mailbox as long as the line is not a dedicated in-watts line. This service is also not available as a gift service or with Mini Call Answer. Does not provide extension mailboxes as they are incompatible with Extended Absence Greeting.
Call Display: One month free trial is available to new customers only (defined as customers who have not had Call Display within the past three months). After one month free trial, regular monthly charges will appear on your bill. Free Selective Display Blocking is automatically available to all Bell MTS residential and most business customers on a per call basis. To block the display of your name and number, enter *67 on your phone or 1167 on a rotary dial phone before making a call. The name associated with a telephone may not be available in all areas.
Call Forward Remote Activation: Call Forwarding is required with this service.
Call Waiting Plus: If an extension telephone that is unable to receive and display incoming caller information is also off the hook when a second call comes in, calling name or number information will not be delivered to the telephone or attachment that is capable of display.
Combined Mailbox: Must subscribe to Bell MTS Call Answer, Call Answer Plus, or Calling Features Value Pack on their wireline phone, and have a current Bell MTS wireless plan in order to subscribe to Combined Mailbox. Combined Mailbox subscribers must have the same individual or company name on their wireline and wireless accounts or they may be asked to sign a letter of understanding verifying that they are the authorized user of both services. Combined Mailbox is not available with wireless Feature Bundles, Value Packages or Prepaid Wireless Service. Airtime is still applicable. Message Waiting Indicators will work provided the customer is in a digital calling area. Once Combined Mailbox has been programmed on the subscriber's line, the wireless mailbox will be removed and subsequently all messages left will be lost.
Simultaneous Ring: Feature is available in select areas and cannot be activated or deactivated from a rotary dial phone. If you are calling long distance to change your Simultaneous Ring option, long distance charges will apply.
Teen Ring: Service may not be available in all areas. Availability and exclusions are the same as Call Answer and Teen Ring service.
Visual Call Waiting: JOIN is a feature of Visual Call Waiting, allowing you to join two incoming calls. 3-Way Calling is a separate feature, available by monthly subscription or on a pay-per-use basis. Free display blocking is available to all Bell MTS residential and most business customers on a per call basis. To block the display of your name and number, enter *67 on phone or 1167 on a rotary dial phone before making a call.
