Report a payment

When reporting a payment already made on your Bell MTS account please allow two business days to ensure there is no interruption of your service.

You can report a payment:

  • Online

    Log in to MyAccount and under the "Billing" section click the Report a payment link.

    Note:

    If you are on a pre-authorized plan, this option will be disabled.

  • Phone

    Call 204 225-5687, or if calling from outside of Manitoba call 1 800 883-2054 and follow the voice prompts for billing to report your payment automatically.

To qualify for requesting payment arrangements online, the total of your payment(s) must equal the outstanding balance from your most recent bill. Log in to MyAccount and under the "Billing" section, click the Request payment arrangements link.

Tip:

Make a payment online anytime and view your current balance by logging in to MyAccount.

If you do not have a Bell MTS MyAccount, you can sign up by going to www.bellmts.ca/myaccount.
