How can I connect my device to my Bell MTS home network?
In order to connect your phone or wireless device to your Bell MTS home network you'll need to know your Wi-Fi Key and Password. You should find it on a sticker on the bottom of your modem. For more information, visit What is my Wi-Fi Key / Password?
- BlackBerry
These steps may vary slightly between specific BlackBerry devices.
- From the Home screen, scroll to and select Manage Connections.
- To turn it on, select Wi-Fi.
- Select Set Up Wi-Fi.
- Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to.
- If the Wi-Fi network requires authentication, type the password for the network.
- Select Connect.
- iPhone

- Android
- From Home Screen (or All Apps), choose > Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi (switch to ON).
- Any available Wi-Fi networks will display in the list. A Lock icon indicates a secured network. If the device finds a network that you previously connected to, it will connect to that one.
- Touch a network name to see more details or connect to it.
- If the network is secured, enter the password or other credentials. (Ask your network administrator for details.)

- From Home Screen (or All Apps), choose > Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi (switch to ON).
- Windows Phone
- On Start, flick left to the App list, tap Settings >Wi-Fi (should be set to ON).
- Tap the name of your Bell MTS home network.
- A sign in may appear. Enter your wireless password.
- A dark Wi-Fi icon should appear at the top your screen when connected.
