Fibe TV App on a Computer

Browse the On Demand content using the Fibe TV app on a computer

The Movies and Shows sections contain on-demand content that is part of your subscriptions, as well as content that can be rented or purchased.

  1. Click on a shortcut at the top of the Movies or Shows sections to easily navigate to different categories.
  2. To view Channels, click on the shortcut or scroll to the bottom of the section.
  3. Within the Movies section, click on the Rentals shortcut to rent or purchase available content.

Select View All to see more content within that category.

Remove devices from my account
  1. Click Account.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click My Devices.
  4. Click the trash can icon next to device you want to remove.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Enter your password.
  7. Click Unlock.
  8. The device has been removed.
Search in the Fibe TV app on a computer
  1. From any screen, click Search.
  2. Type what you're searching for into the box, then click the magnifying glass icon.
  3. Browse the top results in each section by clicking the left and right arrows.
  4. Click any of the tabs to jump to a specific section of the search results.
Set your video streaming quality on the Fibe TV app on a computer
  1. Click Accounts.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click My Account.
  4. Click the preferred streaming quality (e.g., Best).
  5. The setting has been changed.
Turn on closed captioning in the Fibe TV app on a computer
  1. When watching a program, clicking CC will enable closed captions for the video being watched.
  2. Clicking CC again will turn off closed captions.
Use parental controls in the Fibe TV app on a computer
  1. Click Accounts
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Parental Controls.
  4. Click Modify to change the parental controls.
  5. Enter your My Account password.
  6. Click Unlock.
  7. In the left column, set parental controls that will apply to all devices, current and future, that are linked to your account.
  8. In the right column, set parental controls that will apply to the current device. This device-specific setting takes priority over the account-wide settings.
  9. Click Done when you're finished.
  10. The parental controls have been set.
Filter the guide in the Fibe TV app on a computer
  1. Click Guide.
  2. Click Filters.
  3. Click on the checkboxes to add (or remove) as many filters as you like. You can filter by:
    • Subscribed channels.
    • Favourites.
    • Quality (HD, SD, Best quality or Audio) — with Best quality, SD channels are shown only when HD is not available.
    • Language (English and French only).
    • Genres (ex: Sports, Movies, Family, etc.).
  4. As soon as an option is selected or deselected, the listing changes.
Navigate to other content while watching a program
  1. When watching a program, click the Minimize icon.
  2. You can access the On Now, Recent Channels or On Demand guide from this screen.
  3. Select any program in the guide to start watching it on your device.
  4. Click the Maximise icon to return to full screen.
