Remote not Working

If your remote control works intermittently, try the suggested troubleshooting tips below:

  • Try pressing the STB or MTS button on the top left hand side of your Bell MTS remote control to make sure it is in the right mode.
  • Test or replace the batteries in your remote control.
  • Clear any obstructions blocking the line of sight between your remote control and the Bell MTS Set Top Box.
  • Try powercycling Bell MTS Set Top Box by pressing the POWER button on the front of the set top box.
