Caution: Make sure to enter the unlock code correctly. Your smartphone will become permanently locked to the Bell MTS network after three incorrect attempts.
- Use the tool provided to pop out the SIM tray on the side of the handset.
- Insert your non-Bell MTS SIM card.
- Push the tray back into the handset. The device will display "Enter unlock / subsidy code" or "SIM Network Unlock PIN".
- Type the Unlock Code.
- Select OK.
A message will display to confirm your hardware unlock. Your smartphone is unlocked.
