- How do I know if my gift with purchase has been shipped to me?
- A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of logging into your Samsung Account on your new device.
- An email with delivery tracking details will be sent upon being shipped.
- Am I eligible if I pre-ordered my device?
Pre-order customers who registered to receive a Samsung Gear VR with Controller gift are not eligible to also receive a Samsung Level Box Slim. If you did not register to receive a Gear VR with Controller, and complete your purchase during the eligible period, you remain eligible for this offer.

In order to redeem the bonus Level Box Slim gift, customer must login to their Samsung Account, register their Galaxy S8 | S8+ and upload their proof of purchase. If you do not have a Samsung Account, you will be required to set up a Samsung Account when you activate your Galaxy S8 | Galaxy S8+ device or follow the instructions below. Customers will have until June 30th, 2017 to redeem their gift with purchase.
