HSPA stands for High Speed Packet Access.
The HSPA+ network currently covers 97% of the Manitoba population for both voice and high speed data services.
The HSPA+ network is capable of delivering download speeds up to 21Mbps* and upload speeds of up to 5.8 Mbps*.
