Why aren't calls being transferred to my Wireless Voicemail?
Call Forward overrides Voice Message Centre. If you've activated Call Forward, your calls will be redirected to the number you specified. Deactivate Call Forward by dialing *720.
You may have cancelled the Call Forward No Answer to your Message Centre.
