Why do my calls drop/disconnect whenever I am at xx location?
A dropped call is often related to low signal strength, location, possible tower congestion, or an issue with the device.
- Wait for 5 minutes and try making the call again as it could be a temporary issue.
- Check the signal bars on your device. If the reception is poor try moving to a different location.
- Always check to see if the problem occurs in different locations. If it's specific to a single location then it could be a localized issue. Try the device specific troubleshooting steps. If the problem continues Contact Us.
