- Text with 9-1-1 (T9-1-1) is a free-of-charge service that allows deaf or hard of hearing users to communicate with a 911 call centre in the form of text messaging. Customers must register for T9-1-1 to use this service.
- Bell MTS accessibility discount
- Customers with disabilities are eligible to receive a $15 discount on eligible Bell MTS MyPlan combinations on a minimum 2-year term. Contact us for more details.

- Forward your incoming calls to any phone number you choose so your friends or family can answer the phone for you.
- Call Screen
- Recognizes up to 12 numbers and answers your unwanted calls so you don't have to.
- Voicemail to Email
- Manage your voicemail messages in your email account and get your messages anytime, anywhere. Plus, you can forward the voicemail message to anyone as an email so they can listen to the message for you.

- Bell MTS IP Relay

IP Relay is a free operator-assisted service to make and receive text-based calls from your computer. This service is similar to Message Relay Service but uses your computer instead of a TTY.
To register for this service or make a call, visit bellmts.ca/iprelay. If you need to contact someone who uses IP Relay, call 1-877-258-5606.
"Call me" cards provide simple instructions on how to reach you through the Bell IP Relay service. Download and print your own cards to hand out to friends and those you do business with.

Allows you to make a call using a teletypewriter (TTY). A specialized operator will assist in text correspondence over the telephone line. Customers with a hearing impairment receive a 70% discount on all long distance rates (within Canada) when use MRS.
Make a call if you have a hearing impairment or a speech disability and have a TTY: 711.

- AMI-tv
- AMI-tv, a world first, makes television accessible to Canadians with vision and hearing impairments. AMI-tv broadcasts a wide range of popular programming – movies, series, specials, current affairs and original AMI programs – that can be enjoyed by everyone. All shows feature Open Described Video and Closed Captioning. AMI-tv is available on channels 888 and 1888 (HD) and is included with your Bell MTS Fibe TV service.
- Closed captioning
- Closed captioning provides a visual text display of the audio portion of a program as it occurs, whereas subtitles are limited to only transcribing dialogue and some on-screen text. Broadcasters provide closed captioning in almost all their programming.
- MyAccount
- MyAccount makes it easy to manage your Bell MTS TV services from the comfort of your computer, including the ability to change TV channels or access MyPVR.
