How long does it take for my payment to process?

The amount of time it takes for your payment to process is dependent on which payment method you choose:

  • Online with MyAccount or the MyAccount App - immediate
  • Credit card payments by phone - one to two business days
  • Pre-Authorized payment plan - one to two business days
  • Tele-Banking or online payments with your financial institution - one to five business days
  • Cheque or money order payments (by mail or drop off) - seven to ten business days
