Where can I find my current balance?

You can check your balance either by phone or online.

To find your current balance online:

  1. Log in to MyAccount.
  2. Log in with your MyAccount username and password.
  3. Your current balance will appear at the top of the page in the Bill Summary section.

To find your current balance by phone:

  1. Call 204 225-5687 and have your account number ready.
  2. Follow the billing prompts to hear an automated recording of your account balance.
