How do I change my password?
  1. Visit http://mtsmail.ca.
  2. Log in using your @mymts.net email address (e.g. userid@mymts.net) and email password.
  3. Click on the Preferences tab.
  4. Select General from the left side.
  5. Click Change Password under the Sign In Options heading.
Where can I find help with my Bell MTS Mail account?
  1. Visit http://mtsmail.ca.
  2. Log in using your @mymts.net email address (e.g. userid@mymts.net) and email password.
  3. Click your Account Name in the top right corner.
  4. Select Help from the menu that appears.
Where do I call for technical assistance? Who do I deal with?
